Formulate a proactive strategy on Public Relations for Coiste Contae Ard Mhacha
Identify opportunities to promote the ideals of Coiste Contae Ard Mhacha in a PR context
Liaise with media representatives regarding their needs and views
Provide advice on the content and layout of match programmes, to reflect the growing audience of people of all ages attending our games
Provide advice on the type of material and information which should be updated on to the official GAA web site to ensure all units are made aware of decisions made at central level which have relevance to them
Make recommendations to Coiste Bainistí regarding all areas of match presentation pre-match entertainment, protocol, half-time activities, post-match cup presentations etc…
Review the Annual County Dinner and make recommendations to improve its profile and visibility.
Be responsible for organising the following:
Programmes for all home National League Matches
Programmes for all Club Championship Matches
Annual County Dinner
Any other relevant PR and Presentation issues which may be referred to it by Coiste Bainistí
Review the County Website and recommend any changes in structure and content.
Prepare a summary report on its activities to be submitted to An Rúnaí by the (Date) for inclusion in the Annual Convention Booklet
The Public Relations Committee shall report to Coiste Bainistí twice per annum.
