Terms of Reference

• Overseeing the implementation of the GAA Grassroots to National Programme (GNP). In this context, it will have specific responsibility for the following:

•  Managing the implementation and delivery of the National Go Games programme

• Managing the implementation and delivery of the VHI Cui National Summer Camps programme

• Oversee the implementation of the Care for All Foundation

• Oversee the roll out of the ABC / have a Ball Programme

• Implementing the National Coach Education Programme, including the provision of coaching materials (Foundation Level to Level 4) incorporating e-Iearning modules, as necessary

• Liaising with the Hurling Development Committee in the development and promotion of hurling initiatives

• Implementation of Policy Proposals relating to all Underage activities and with regard to the organisation of Schools of Excellence and Development Squads

• It shall prepare a summary report on its activities to be submitted to An Runai by the (Date) for inclusion in the Annual Convention Booklet

• The Committee shall present a report on its activities at least twice a year to Coiste Bainisti
