Terms of Reference

  1. Examine the annual accounts of all clubs units and ensure they are presented in sufficient detail and in a standardised format
  1. Advise Coiste Bainisti on any areas of concern relating to financial activities in clubs and County and further advise on appropriate courses of action for dealing with any regularity which may be uncovered
  1. Manage and control major capital development projects at County level from a financial and strategic perspective (in association with Provincial Councils) and on the advice of the G.A.A National Grounds & Infrastructure Committee
  1. Monitor and review applications from clubs to increase borrowings and issue instructions (including approvals, rejections or requests for additional information) in relation to any such applications
  1. Examine and review all applications to the Department of Sport for grant aid and issue instructions (including approvals or rejections or requests for additional information) in relation to any such
  1. Advise units in relation to cash management and the necessary accountability of same
  1. Submit and present quarterly accounts on all GAA activities to Coiste Bainisti
  1. Monitor the Amateur Status and Ethos of the Association and advise Coiste Bainisti on issues / concerns relating to breaches of the code
  1. The Committee shall present a written report on its activities at least twice a year to Coiste Bainisti
  1. The Subcommittee will carry out any other tasks assigned to it by Coiste Bainisti
  1. Prepare a summary report on its activities to be submitted to An Rúnaí by the (Date) for inclusion in the Annual Convention Booklet
  1. The Committee shall present a report on its activities at least twice a year to Coiste Bainisti
