Agree with you about Carlton House, I don't think it will win. If I was to pick a winner I'd go for Native Khan at 10-1. As for the football tomorrow Holland look a attractive price at 10-3 against Brazil and Shane Long first goalscorer at 6-1.

There may be a thread on here similar to this but I can't find one.
Seeing it's the 30th anniversary of the year arguably the greatest ever horse to run in a Derby's 10 length win (Shergar) I thought I'd post up my bet for the Derby tomorrow.
Having won The Dante, Carlton House looks set to start somewhere around the 2-1 favourite. It will be a worthy favourite and many punters will have a gamble based on the fact alone that it is the Queen's horse in the year of the royal wedding. I'm not convinced Carlton house will do it. Nothing to do with herself across the shuck but a slight injury doubt has crept in and punters are getting cautious. Her horse was second to Shergar in 1981 but in truth nobody was second in that race.
Pour Moi won a big race at Saint Caloud and will battle for second favourite with Recital. The Irish weren't convinced by Recital at Leopardstown though so as usual the Derby is up in the air.Vadamar was 3rd in that race and with a good jockey booking could be worth an eway punt. Native Khan seems to be the big Each way punt though and with Murtagh bagging the Oaks today he could be the shrewd each way punt and will probably go off somewhere around 8-1.Dettori is on Ocean War and it too will have support.
In the Dante I lost money on Seville and he was outclassed by Carlton house. However I'm sticking with him. At 11/2 I think he's good each way value. Aidan O'Brien has 4 horses in the contest and there's no man more used to delivering the goods on the biggest stage. No doubt Recital and Seville will take in alot of Irish money.
Nadal is 9/4 to win 3-1 against Federer, I'll be taking that.
In the womens Schiavone is 1/1 to defend her crown. Li Na is 4/5 but alot of that might be based on her knocking out Sharapova who was on self destruct the other day with her double faults.
Tyrone -3 is around evens against Monaghan.
If anyone has any strong fancies post them up.
The way Jenkins played in the darts tonight beating Lewis he could be a good Each way in the darts at 20/1.

7/4 tyrone dublin kildare all to win in 70mins. tyrone 5/1 to win by 4/5 points. ireland 18/1 to win 2 nil away to macedonia.
Great run by Pour Moi to win the Derby but don't know what the jockey was doing celebrating before the line, could have easily cost him the race. Carlton House ran out of the steam and didn't have the smoothest race and Seville was never in it.
has your "old man" any other tips?
no matter which great player we think of they all started their careers at a club - the club is the cornerstone of the GAA foundation - lets keep it that way
