    what is next number in sequence 4 5 9 11 12 13 14...

    the number in the sequence is 16
    explanation:4+5=9
    so there are 4 number in between
    then the difference between 9 and 11=2
    after 9 there are 4 consecutive set of number that is the difference between 5 and 9 is 4 so 4 consecutive set of number after the difference between the 9 and 11 is implemented so the answer is 16

    That makes it even harder to understand ; guess il pass on that...thanks anyhow
