    Default Website suggestions

Can I make a suggestion, it is not on behalf of the people on the forum it is just my own opinion.

Would it be possible to make the forum the homepage of the website instead of having to click another link onto the forum.

    Kind regards

the site is set to automatically change to a completely stripped down skin on the forum so it loads a lot quicker for mobile users.

What do you think of it?

The homepage is more an information section for new visitors. Can you not save http://armaghgaa.net/forum/ in your bookmarks so you don't have to visit the homepage?

Have done already. Please don't see this as being highly critical but could you not make the homepage a news feed? The first thing most of us do would be to check the latest GAA news.
As you know I have the GAA news feed code if you want it Bainisteoir.

to be honest Bainisteoir Im not overly fussed on it... It's not that easy to get from one topic to the other. Eg if ur in div 3 chat and wanna go to say county chat there are no links to follow, it's amatter of hittn back back back til u get to the topic page again.

Is there any way u can keep the normal site wen viewing on an iPhone!?

I'll look at changing it, add in a few feeds from bbc, rte, gaa etc. Please don't worry about being critical about the site at all. I take no offense from it and would prefer members speak out if something it not to there taste. Thanks for your feedback.

I'll get it changed back. Thought I'd try it out but the forum loads pretty well as it is in iphone's, blackberry's etc. Cheers for the feedback. If we don't test these things we'll never know.

a news feed is now visible in the forum homepage at the top. It will scroll through the latest GAA news from the BBC and RTE websites. Been testing it in Firefox and have now added it so its visible to internet explorer users too.

I have no problem with someone posting it but don't think a section is needed. The Armagh GAA section is the place for it.
