Maghery beat Cullaville 1 12 to 09. Maghery player ambulanced to hospital after a cowardly act by one of the Cullaville players, another one kicked Aiden Forker which started the thing off.The player taken to hospital was Kevin Nugent one of last years Co minor player.They seem to have a thing about hitting minor players. There was 1min. left in the game when this happened.

everyone at the game seen who threw the dirty punch from behind, maghery by far the better team, they also had a man sent off at the start of the second half
