Dromintee on Friday against the Ogs.

I see one of your stars, Mark Shiels, picked up an injury against our U21s last night. Looked like a tweak more than anything.

Very close I think. Hopefully one way or another he might see action this week.

Decent enough game, Marty O'Rourke made most of the difference when he came on with Micheal O'Rourke kicking well.

Should have won by more but made hard work for ourselves.

Good to get off the mark. Killeavy will struggle I feel.
from the reports i heard yesterday if you take the countymen out dromintee are a poor enuf side! vincey martin an marty o rourke won it for dromintee!

Would agree with this dromintee were a point ahead at half time without these too but struggled to get a real grip on the game until Marty and Vincie were introduced. On the otherhand Killeavey were dismal with a few exceptions and of course McDonnell causing the threat. When he's away on County duty Killeavy will surely struggle

No offence but when your county men are Martin O'Rourke, Vincie Martin, Barry Shannon, Kevin Dyas and Philip McEvoy, you're obviously going to be a lot weaker.

Take into account also that we were missing Aidan O'Rourke, our best corner back Mickey McGahon, former Armagh U21 Ronan McCoy, last year's senior panelist Gareth O'Neill, regular corner back Anthony Fearon and former Armagh player Ozzie Gaughran, it is fair to say we were down quite a few.

i,ve always thought stevie was handier marked at club level , it does make you wonder how he stands out so well at county level and not so at club

Kicked two superb 50s I must add as well. He absolutely destroyed us last year in Killeavy, our cb just had a very good day.
