I see one of your stars, Mark Shiels, picked up an injury against our U21s last night. Looked like a tweak more than anything.

About the under 21's...how did that challenge game go??

We're to be playing use in the 1st round in fortnight but there hasn't even been any mention of training (due to the fact we're 3 clubs amalgamated). Pity really as we should have a pretty strong side and our game with you is 1 of the games of the round IMO. I know from a few of your lads they're training away rightly too (seperate from seniors).

Yeah they're doing some work, there is always a good training ethos in the club.

Howeve, if they played like they did the other night we won't even put it up to you. Really need to step it up. I think we won by a couple, but St Brigids only brought 12 players and then Shiels went off.

Yeah I know they've been working hard. Hopefully we can give use a good game anyway.

I generally don't respond to juvenile chatter but it was not as black and white as made out. The young St Pat's midfielder was dominating the game. In the best or should i say the worst traditions of the Sarsfields club his reward for his good showing was to be struck a cowardly blow off the ball. Stupidly he retaliated and of course, as was the object of the exercise, the ref only saw the retaliation and sent him off.

Pat's are known for playing on the edge (though most of the times over it ), though have to say that bit about being struck by a highmoss man previous to incident was conveniently left out..

    Any predictions for tomorrow night?

Crossmaglen v Clan na Gael Clans by 20
Culloville v Carrickcruppen Expect Cville to concede plenty of frees and Cruppen to capatilise
Killeavy v Mullaghbawn Think M'bawn will edge this one by 1pt or 2.
Pearse Og v Dromintee Ogs should be too strong at home.
Sarsfields v Whitecross Two similar teams in their style of play though think Wcross will come up trumps
St Patrick’s v Maghery C'hanna won't be able to cope with the Maghery forwards.
