To be fair, Forkhill have a lot of minors in the starting team and a lot of inexperience on the bench so those young comments were valid. You can see why theyll stand up for their club, they were promoted and made a good account of themselves in a tough first year. And maybe they did win a few games at the death, but at the end of the day, they did the job. So if someone is putting them up for relelgation they want a reason when there are teams below them who may go down next year. I fancy Belleek to go down next year and I am undecided on the other team...

Belleek to go down because I feel they are too old, very easy to break down, and overly weren't very impressive this year. I honestly thought Lissumin were better last year. Thats the reason for my opinion on Belleek to go down...

AND SORT YOUR PITCH OUT BELLEEK!! Shockin.

nobody is putting forkhill up for relegation, merely saying they arent favpourites to get promotion. Another poster tried to say they were close to getting promoted last year, and that simply wasnt the case. I think they will be fine - mid table probably.

However, there will be 2 teams coming down from a higher league this year (which didnt happen last year) making it tougher at the top IMO and i dont think they will get promoted. Having said that they have a tight, bumpy wee home pitch that I reckon they could pick up alot of points on so you never know.

yes you are entitled to your personal opinion, but can you not explain this opinion and say why you feel port mor are more likely to go down than anyone else, or are you just a wum.....

That is what I was gettin at...thank you applemad

U are entitled to your opinion but I would just like to know why u think that.We underperformed last year big time but the year before we finished joint 3rd in the league an the year before that we were in div 2. We are a young team again this year but a lot of the younger fellas now even have one year at senior under their belt and I think we will be less green this year and perform better...mid table mediocrity for this year i reckon...

to be fair i was at a few BWT matches and i thought they were very poor, but i had a feeling that they were bad days because the players were showing glimpses of the form from the previous year, but like ourselves in some games just couldnt get the ball over the bar.

Personally i feel the Grange should be aiming midtable aswell this year, think we are very young and although we won the C.ship last year, we were very inconsistant in the league, we won the games but performances were not good, but as always with newly promoted teams the most important thing is to stay up but i really feel that with a good start and keeping most of our home points we can hopefully stay mid table and out of the relegation shake up at the end of the season!
