Don't think so P.O.L. We beat Cross in the final Cruppen that year, as clever mentioned above. That was our minor team of 2002,and yet our minor team of 2003, which went on to win Ulster, might then have been expected to win another Under 21 title in 2006, but Rangers destroyed us in Mullabrack.

The point that everyone in Harps thought was over and everyone in Dromintee thought was wide! The umpire that gave it was, and you'll be glad to hear still is, a good mate with a good few off the Dromintee team at the time. He hasn't a clue whether it was a point or not.

    Super game though.

Apologies - I misread the post and thought that Clever was questioning the 2005 minor final instead of under 21. We lost the minor deciders in 2005 and 2006 to a Cross team that contained a number of players who have now progressed to their senior side.
