Hard luck to the Grange today. It was looking good at half time, 7-5 in front. But they didn't score until 20-odd minutes into the second half. I suppose you're not going to win many games playing like that. Still, a great year for the club, and great experience for the young players.

Rumours that swanlinbar are contesting the ulster final due to corduff fielding an illegal player. Don't know how many rounds the illegal player played or his identity. Is there a time limit for appeal?

Apparently Corduff brought on a 16 year old player in the final, who happened to score one of their goals when the game was in the balance. The rule states that a player can only play 2 grades above him. In this case, he can play u-16, minor and u-21, but not senior.

If Swanlinbar are successful, they will be awarded the title. But, why not give the Grange a crack at Swanlinbar instead?
