    Default AGM's & Rule Book?

Was just wondering does anybody out there know how to obtain an official rules book?

Obviously the rules are being altered and added to year by year but is there a book out there that can be purchased/requested etc?

Also, have many clubs had their AGM's or when are they scheduled for?

Most clubs AGM's should be over by now as the rule book states they should where possible take place before the County Convention.
