Come championship time it will be exciting but i reckon we will have a poor McKenna cup and a slow start to the league due to the new management trying out new players, i'm assuming come halfway through the league we will have a settled team thats getting primed and ready for Celtic Park

Desperately difficult game and one that we need to be going into on the back of a good NFL. With the Cross players all available from day one, management should have their preferred team sorted out by eaRly in the league.

On the plus side, we should have as many fans if not more than Derry at Celtic Park for this game

Will Stevie McDonnell be available for the game since he got a straight red in the Monaghan game? It won't do our chances much good if he isn't. Hopefully by then we will have a couple of scoring half forwards to take the burden off Clarke.

He is available as that suspension would end at the end of the 2009 competition year

Bought one of the season tickets recently, so at least I know I'll not have to worry about a ticket come championship time. Wee Saturday nite out in Derry could be on the cards:afro:

Derry wont fancy meeting us so early either, another nice league win, the team is beginning to take Championship shape and some of the aul hands are really playing well, if clarke is close to 100% he will be the difference maker in this game. Armagh to win by three to four points. :)

I agree, its starting to take a bit of shape now, the team is looking good, and with new styles adapted by POR I think we can beat Derry. Muldoon will be key in their game, although injured now will he be fit? I think we could have enough to beat them, especially with Monaghan waiting the winner its an added incentive, off the back of last years loss. We owe them one!! Armagh by 2

It's looking a whole lot more hopeful against Derry, after their performance today they will likely be in Division 2 next year.

What is going on in Derry? It's all gone a bit Pete Tong.
