Hearings Committee

 Terms of Reference

1. It shall adjudicate on all Disciplinary matters where a Hearing is requested relating to the Enforcement of Rules (except Objections and Counter Objections) and Match regulations arising from Competitions and Games under the jurisdiction of County Committee.

 

2. It shall prepare a summary report on its activities (to be submitted to An Rúnaí by (Date) for inclusion in the annual Convention Booklet

 

3. The County Hearings Committee (CHC) shall report to Coiste Bainistí at least twice per annum.
